Nomination of YETP Most Improved Trainees Award 2026

To recognise the efforts of trainees and showcase their creditable improvements in personal development, leadership or work performance after joining the YETP, as well as to commend the caring efforts of service providers and employers/host organisations contributed to their trainees' improvement, the Programme Office is now organising "YETP Most Improved Trainees (MIT) Award". In addition to the Most Improved Trainees, the Adjudication Panel will also select trainees for Merit Award so as to recognise the efforts of more young people.

Nomination is now called for the MIT Award of YETP 2026! Trainees who have participated in the YETP between 1 September 2024 and 31 May 2026 are eligible for nomination by their employers/host organisations or service providers which have been appointed to provide career employment services in programme year 2024/25 or 2025/26.

We appeal for the support of the employers/host organisations and service providers for this meaningful event! For details of the MIT Award, please see the Notes of Nomination.
