We will launch in programme year 2024/25 a project named “Career Kick-start” (Phase 8). Services providers of YETP will nominate young people with special needs to take part in the project. Nominees who pass the vetting procedure will be employed by their nominating service providers and receive 12-month on-the-job training. Career Advisors (registered Social Workers) of the same service providers will give full support to these young people so as to assist them to re-ascertain their values, to create their own future with positive attitudes, and to join the open employment market in the end. We encourage target young people to approach participating service providers of YETP for more information.
