Duties |
1. To assist in maintaining the centre's daily operation; 2. To be responsible for coordination and promotion of activities/courses, including preparing materials, setting up venue, designing poster/leaflet/other promotional materials; 3. To assist in member registration and help members use centre services and facilities; 4. To handle general administrative work, including data input and document filing; 5. To assist in inventory checking; 6. To occasionally perform outdoor delivery work and to assist in mailing-related matters; 7. To conduct data collection and telephone liaison work. |
