Duties |
To provide reception and check-in services to our passengers; To provide check-in service at Terminal, Airport Express Stations, and Skypier; To answer passenger enquiries at Airline's Service Desk; To provide gate arrival and departure services; Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk; To assist passengers at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter |
