Requirements

Aged 18 or above;P.6;Fair Cantonese; Able to read Chinese

Other Requirements

Required to work in food factory, trainee(s) aged below 19 shall take note of the Employment of Young Persons (Industry) Regulations and the Apprenticeship Ordinance.

Duties

Handle in-plant maintenance projects: production machinery maintenance, automated production line machinery, general factory facilities, including office buildings and warehouse (working in air-conditioned factories)
