Duties |
Provide efficient assistance to customers at various locations, such as cargo acceptance counter, truck control office and cargo collection point. Monitor the cargo build-up and breakdown process in compliance with the company services standard, Ensure data accuracy of Import/Export/Transhipment cargo in Warehouse Operation System ("WOS"). Responsible for subcontractors' efficient staff utilization assignment and safe operations. Be the CPSL brand representative in delivering 5S and LEAN culture for cargo terminal operations. Liaise with different parties, namely government, ramp handling operators, airlines and etc. |
