Duties |
Deliver a customer centric cargo terminal experience to our customers. Handle customer enquiries and follow up cargo tracing, claims and post flight handling. Execute cargo load plan or booking instructions to ensure shipment flown as booked. Liaise with different parties, namely government, ramp handling operators, airlines and etc. Responsible in collecting of cargo documentation in relation to import, export, transhipment smooth handling. Plan maximun utilization of cargo capacity / weight for Unit Load Device (ULD) and aircraft loading, Maintain and control inventory of aircraft / cargo loading equipment. |
