After completing the Project Yi Jin, Eugenia planned to join the aviation industry. Due to her inadequacies in educational attainment, working experience and the English language, she worried about the chance of acquiring a job in the field. As introduced by a friend, she joined the "Airport Ambassador Programme". Upon completion of the programme, she was successfully employed as a member of the ground crew. As the hectic work schedule of the ground crew did not allow her to seek immediate assistance when encountering problems at work, she sometimes made mistakes. Considering her limited working experience and educational attainment, Eugenia intended to enhance her competitiveness through further studies but she could not afford the cost. She therefore determined to resign as ground staff and joined the Airport Authority again as an Airport Ambassador Supervisor. Not only did she have to interact with visitors, she also had to serve as a leader of the Airport Ambassadors and Airport Ambassador Leaders. At first, she found it very stressful as she did not have management experience. Fortunately, the support and encouragement from her mentor and case manager gave her strength. With good knowledge in airport operation, together with enhanced interpersonal skills by way of continuous communication, Eugenia's performance showed consistent improvement. Now, she was committed to becoming a role model for the Airport Ambassadors and Airport Ambassador Leaders. She also aspired to become an Airport Customer Service Operation Officer in future to continue providing quality service to visitors.

Derek loved watching gangster movies since he was a child. He was an active person and did not like nine-to-five routine job. To realise his childhood dream of joining the disciplinary forces, he has been keen on improving his physical fitness by doing regular exercise. Unable to get admitted to university after completing Form 7, he became a member of the disciplinary forces. However, he found the job nature did not suit him. With health problem, he quitted the job after some time. He then became worried and confused about his future again. He learnt about the Squad "3S" training programme co-organised by YETP and the Employees Retraining Board. Believing that the property management jobs suited his character well with good career prospects, Derek decided to pursue this new career path. After completing the training programme, he was immediately engaged as a Management Service Assistant. When he first took up the job, Derek had to face different challenges. In addition, as he lived in a remote district, he spent a rather long time in travelling to the workplace every day. He had thought about giving up but eventually he managed to overcome it. Derek made good use of time in learning new things. His hard-working attitude and dedication to work have earned appreciation from his supervisor.
