Looking back at the days when she sat for HKCEE, Vinson did not think much about her future and only wanted to play and have fun. Her academic performance was far from satisfactory as a result. Her family was very disappointed with her. When Vinson started to work, she lacked a sense of responsibility and was often absent from work by feigning illness. She was later introduced to the property management field by a friend and joined Squad"3S" training programme. Through the training programme, Vinson realised the huge difference between contemporary property management and traditional building security, and was glad to know the career prospect in the sector. Through the wholehearted assistance given by her case manager, Vinson was much enlightened and encouraged. Soon, she was certain that property management was a suitable field for her long term development.

After taking up employment, Vinson was given ample opportunities by her manager to try out different posts. She was subsequently entrusted with a greater responsibility when she took over the work in the security control room. Vinson came across various emergency situations at work, but she could respond calmly by applying the practical knowledge and work skills she acquired during pre-employment training. She made accurate judgment and took appropriate actions. She has thus earned the trust of her supervisors and the appreciation from residents.
