Coming from different industries, the 10 Most Improved Trainees (MITs) have been striving hard in their respective positions in order to map out their career paths by joining different employment projects under the Youth Employment and Training Programme (YETP), such as Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic Trainee Training Project, Project for Tradesman Traineeship, Squad ‘3S’ and Barista Trainee Training Project.

Dr. C K Law, Secretary for Labour and Welfare, showed support for the MITs in the Special TV Programme and encouraged young people to equip themselves and grasp every opportunity amidst adversity to realise their dreams.
In the Special TV Programme, we are able to witness how the MITs earned the recognition from employers and service providers with their strong motivation and unbeatable spirit, as well as their dedication and self-breakthrough at work. Through the support from employers and encouragement from service providers, the MITs demonstrated significant improvements and developed deep friendship with the employers and the service providers. Breezy interactions between them could also be found on the scene.
