The 10 Most Improved Trainees dare to brave the storm to pursue their dreams, without fear of the challenges ahead of them.

Co-organised by the Youth Employment and Training Programme (YETP) of the Labour Department and Radio 2 of Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK), the Most Improved Trainees (MIT) 2017 Award Presentation Ceremony was held successfully on 20 November 2017 at RTHK. The 10 MITs attended the ceremony confidently, radiating tremendous positive energy to the participants.

Coming from different industries, the 10 MITs have been striving very hard in their respective positions in order to map out their career paths. Representatives of their employers and their training bodies, as well as their families and friends, gathered together to show support for the improvements the MITs have made.

Dr. C K Law, Secretary for Labour and Welfare met the 10 MITs and encouraged them to keep forging ahead with their career goals. Overcoming every setback and frustration, the MITs have all come a long way to reach the remarkable achievements today.

With the inspiring stories of dedication and perseverance of the 10 MITs, Dr. Law hoped that young people would better equip themselves so that they would grasp every opportunity to realize their dreams. He showed his appreciation to the continuous support from the working partners, including employers and training bodies, who worked together for the success of YETP.
