Requirements

S.4;Fluent Cantonese; Fair Putonghua; Fair English; Able to read and write Chinese; Able to read English; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge;General Internet Knowledge;Chinese Typing;English Typing;MS Word;MS Excel

Other Requirements

Typing test is required. Being self-motivated, patient and willing to communicate with job seekers and other clients with different backgrounds. Permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Duties

1. 於就業中心解答顧客的查詢與疑難及介紹勞工處的就業服務;2. 協助求職者登記和使用就業中心的各項設施;3. 協助求職者使用「互動就業服務」網站;4. 推廣及協助求職者安裝「互動就業服務」手機應用程式;5. 協助舉辦招聘活動及維持運作秩序;6. 電腦資料輸入、文書處理、支援辦公室行政及其他相關工作。
