YETP Summer Recruitment Parades (First Round) SaSa“Sales Trainee/ Junior Beautician Training Project” Recruitment Day
YETP of the Labour Department, Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited and HKFTU Occupational Retraining Centre will jointly organize a tailor-made training-cum-employment project, “Sales Trainee/ Junior Beautician Training Project”, offering 40 vacancies for the post of “Sales Trainee/ Junior Beautician”. A recruitment day with on-the-spot interviews will be held on 17 June 2022 (Friday). Successful applicants are required to attend a FREE pre-employment training course for 7.5 full days. Trainees are entitled to training allowance during the pre-employment training period. Upon completion of the training course, applicants with good performance will be engaged as employees and undergo on-the-job training with pay for a period of 6 months of employment.
Trainees are eligible for a retention allowance of $3,000 if they are engaged in full-time on-the-job training for 3 months and an additional $1,000 for completion of each subsequent month. For part-time on-the-job training, the respective amounts grantable will be halved. For details of retention allowance application, please visit the YETP website.

- Form 6 to sub-degree level (or equivalent)

Pre-employment Training Course (Free of charge)
Successful applicants are required to attend a FREE pre-employment training course provided by HKFTU Occupational Retraining Centre. Trainees are entitled to a training allowance at a rate of $70 per valid training day during the training period.

HKFTU Occupational Retraining Centre (LB) Block C, 1/F, Yun Kai Building, 466 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei (Wing Sing Lane entrance)
- Trainees who have previously worked for Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited under any forms of employment or services are not eligible for joining the above Training Project.
- Trainees who have attained an attendance rate of 80% or above in the pre-employment training course are entitled to a training allowance at a rate of $70 per valid training day. Eligible trainees may submit training allowance applications to their respective case manager.
- Trainees should ensure that they are available during the course and notify their case manager before applying for this course. To ensure effective use of training resources, upon your successful enrolment for the subject tailor-made training course, referrals for workplace attachment training and on-the-job training will be suspended till completion of the training course. Besides, other pre-employment training courses and workplace attachment training previously enrolled will be cancelled.

- If the Black Rainstorm Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or “extreme conditions” is issued / announced to be issued within 3 hours before the start of the recruitment event, or any of the above signal/warning is still in force during the said period, the recruitment event will be cancelled.
